Features

1. For picking placement and injection molding of products with needles like blood lancet, blood collecting needles.

2. Equipped with two needle hoppers, storage capacity 200,000 needles, available 24 hours’ production.

3. Assemble at an inclined angle to avoid needle tip damaging.

4. Binding and tightening device installed in needle hoppers to avoid chaos of needles.

5. Easy removed hopper lid, needles can be loaded within 3 minutes.

6. Production cycle 10-15s, high productivity and good stability.

7. New needle adsorption system (patented), not vacuumization mode, low electricity consumption.
